To Keep Good Records: -Bring class book to each session. -Enter names alphabetically with last name first. -Enter address, phone number and birthday of each student. -Mark presence of teacher and students with a check mark; leave space blank when absent. -Fill out a Visitor Card (U2105 Warner Press) for first-time students. -Record offering and attendance totals in the spaces provided at the back of the book. -Report new student enrollment, total attendance, number absent and offering to the secretary after each session. -Use the attached envelope for offering and necessary supplies.
